Ray was able to establish himself at a young age in the information technology field.
Upon completing high school, he was recruited to teach computer applications for the Government of Ontario.
In 1996, he became a pioneer in the web community by developing websites and database platforms for a number of major brands.
In 1998, Hip-HopZone.com, a music site that he founded, designed and developed – was voted “Website of the Year” for the best hip-hop music site in the world and featured on MTV.
In 2000, he officially incorporated Gateseven Media Group Inc. – the parent company of Bark Communications and Radiant.
Ray is the CEO and CTO of Bark Communications, focusing his efforts on building culture, creativity, strategic partnerships and innovative technology solutions.

He’s also an avid writer having recently completed his first book, Dear Friends, Family, Neighbors, World. The book is a response to the theoretical question, “If you had one last chance to talk with the people that matter most to you, what would you say?” He has made it available free for download.
